Sales Reality Hour
90 minutes with me to figure out why your startup is not hitting targets.
This is for any founder or sales leader who are responsible for hitting targets. At the end of this call, you'll have the framework and see the problems in a new light to get your sales moving and hitting targets again.
How it works:
Before the call, you send me an outline of your sales process.
For the first 15 minutes of the call, I ask you questions to figure out why your sales are blocked.
Then I'll tell you the real assessment of what you're not doing, what you need to do, and the reality of getting your sales back on track
You also get it written out in a playbook to refer back to.
Sales Coaching
90 minutes with me to help you be a better salesperson.
This is for the individual salesperson who wants to learn the skills to be a top-performing salesperson. Think of it like a fitness coach.
How it works:
We identify the areas that you're struggling with, give you skills and the knowledge you didn't know existed.
And motivate you to keep going.
You can book this first call as a stand-alone session. If you wish to continue in a weekly or monthly cadance, I can arrange a package for you. My goal is to keep you motivated to be on target.
Everyone needs a coach to get better, and if you want to be the best, I'm here to help you.
Group Sessions
The power hour is the spin class of sales. It started in a sales room in 1990 in Hong Kong, where we spent one intense hour every day just cold calling. A group of salespeople making fun of each other, motivating each other, and all aiming to secure meetings via phone
In today's power hour, we do outreach. You get one point for every bit of sales outreach you do. You get ten points for every meeting you create in the power hour.
It's better than doing cold outreach by yourself!
How it works:
I lead the class and try to win every time, and your job is to beat me.
At the end of the power hour, you will have done more outreach in that one hour than you would do in the whole day, possibly the whole week, if you actually want to be in the heartbeat of sales.
How to Prepare:
Book a time before you join.
Prepare a list of leads you want to do outreach to. Outreach is defined as email, Linkedin Sales Navigator, messaging, and prepare a lead list to message.
Then come and sell in the most fun hour you can have.
