Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 05/05/2026
Hi. Ned here.
Most terms and conditions pages are written by lawyers, for lawyers, in a language nobody enjoys reading. This isn't that. These are the actual rules of working with me and buying things from The Sales Movement. If you've got a question after reading this, just email me at ned@thesalesmovement.co.
By using this site or buying anything on it, you agree to what's below.
1. Who you're dealing with
The Sales Movement is run by me, Ned Phillips. Everything you see on this site — the courses, the playbooks, the 1:1 coaching, the consulting, the writing — comes from me. If you have a problem, you have a person to talk to. That's how I want to keep it.
2. What you can buy
Right now I sell:
The TSM Program — a self-paced video course
Digital products — playbooks, guides, downloads
1:1 sessions — Sales Reality Hour, Sales Coaching, Power Hour
Consulting — longer-term work with companies
Each one has its own page with a description, a price, and what's included. What's on that page is what you're getting. No surprises.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (and PayPal where available). I don't see your card details. I just see that you paid, what you bought, and where to send what you bought.
Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. If your bank charges you a foreign exchange fee, that's between you and your bank.
4. Digital products & courses
Once you pay, you get access. Usually instantly, sometimes within a few minutes. If you don't get a confirmation email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email me with your order number and I'll fix it.
Refunds. Because these are digital and you get them right away, I don't offer refunds as a default. But I'm not in the business of taking money from people who feel ripped off. If something genuinely wasn't what you expected, email me and tell me why. I read every email and I'd rather hear about a problem than ignore it.
Lifetime access means as long as I'm running The Sales Movement, you have access. If I ever shut the whole thing down, I'll give you plenty of warning and a way to download what you bought.
5. 1:1 sessions, Power Hour, and consulting
Booking a session means I've blocked time in my calendar for you. That time has a real cost — if you don't show up, somebody else couldn't book it.
So:
No refunds once you've booked.
You can reschedule if you give me at least 24 hours' notice. Just email me.
If you no-show or cancel inside 24 hours, the session is done. No second chance unless we agree otherwise.
If I have to cancel (life happens — illness, travel, a kid emergency), we reschedule and you don't lose the session.
For longer consulting engagements, the specific terms are in the agreement we sign together. Those terms override what's on this page.
6. Your account
If you buy the course, you get an account on this site. Don't share your login. Don't post the videos somewhere else. Don't try to download and resell what you bought. If you do, I'll close your account and you don't get your money back.
You're responsible for keeping your password somewhere safe. If you forget it, use the reset link.
7. What's mine
Everything on this site — the writing, the videos, the playbooks, the frameworks, the dumb jokes — is mine. You can use what you learn. You can apply it. You can build your business with it. That's the whole point.
What you can't do is repackage it and sell it as your own, copy entire chunks of it onto your blog, or run it as your own course. If you want to share something specific, ask me. Most of the time I'll say yes.
8. Results aren't guaranteed
I'll be straight with you: I can teach you what works. I can't make you do it.
Sales is a "doing" skill, not a "watching" skill. Buying the course doesn't get you sales. Doing the work gets you sales. If you put in the effort, this material will help you. If you don't, it won't.
I'm not promising you'll close X deals or hit Y revenue. Anyone who promises that is selling the 6-minute abs, and you should walk away.
9. Things I'm not responsible for
Your business decisions
Tax, legal, or financial advice (that's not what I do — talk to a professional)
Anything you do with what you learn here
Issues caused by third-party tools (Stripe, Squarespace, Calendly, etc.)
Stuff outside my control (the internet going down, an act of God, you forgetting your password on a Sunday)
10. If something goes wrong
Email me first: ned@thesalesmovement.co. Almost everything can be sorted out with a normal conversation. I prefer that to formal complaints, and I think you do too.
11. Changes to these terms
I might update this page from time to time. If I make a meaningful change, I'll update the date at the top. If you've already bought something, the terms that were in place when you bought apply to that purchase.
12. Contact
For anything related to these terms, your purchase, your account, or you just want to say hi:
