    Ned has held a variety of jobs, but for close to 35 years, it's mostly been sales, sales, and more sales. He started out selling horse manure, which was quite possibly the highlight of his career. From there, he moved on to selling life insurance (which, unsurprisingly, wasn't as fun as Christmas), before finding his way into the financial sector, which paid a lot better. Then, in a moment of madness, he thought he could run a startup. Nine years later, he realized it takes a lot more than just being a good salesman to pull that off.

    He started The Sales Movement to help salespeople actually sell as much as they deserve. Throughout all the ups and downs, the one constant has been selling.

  • The core of the program is 6 hours of video training, broken down into 9 specific modules. Along with the videos, you get the documented steps for each part of the sales cycle. It’s designed to be a practical resource you can return to whenever you hit a specific roadblock in your pipeline.

  • It is entirely self-paced. I’ve designed it this way because sales is a "doing" skill, not a "watching" skill. You can move through the modules at your own speed, but I recommend not rushing it. The goal is to watch a lesson and then immediately apply that specific tactic to your business before moving to the next one.

  • To get the full value out of the frameworks I teach, you will need a few basic tools:

    • A CRM: I personally recommend and use HubSpot.

    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: This is essential for modern B2B lead generation.

    A way to record your calls: I teach a specific "Playback" technique that requires you to review your own Zoom or meeting recordings.

  • No. You don’t need to be a technical expert to use a CRM or LinkedIn. I’ll show you the exact filters and settings that matter so you can stop fighting with the software and start having more conversations.

  • It serves both. If you’re new, it gives you a proven map so you don’t have to guess. If you’re a veteran, it’s about the "1% shifts"—the subtleties in listening and psychology that I’ve picked up over 25,000 meetings that turn a "maybe" into a "yes".

  • You will walk away with a repeatable sales system. Instead of "winging it" or relying on your personality, you’ll have a documented way to identify leads, manage a pipeline, and move a prospect to a signature without feeling "salesy".

  • Once you purchase the program, you’ll receive an email to create or sign in to your The Sales Movement Account. From there, you can access the video library and all digital assets through the "Member Area" on this website. I recommend bookmarking the login page so you can get to it every morning.

  • Technology occasionally glitches. First, check your spam or "Promotions" folder (sometimes the login email gets buried there). If it’s still missing after 10 minutes, email ned@thesalesmovement.co with your order number. My team or I will manually reset your access and get you moving.

  • Yes. The platform is mobile-responsive. You can watch the modules on your phone while you’re commuting or at the gym—though I recommend being at your desk for the sections where we dive into CRM setups and LinkedIn filters so you can follow along in real-time.
