Deep Dive into your processes
We look at your processes to get those leads.
Are you doing content?
Are you doing outreach?
How do you get leads?
We then look at how do you convert leads to customers.
What is your sales process like?
What is your sales document like?
Setting Targets
We then look at your targets and see, are you doing enough sales actions to hit your target.
So it's input, not output that I'm looking for.
Together we’ll set weekly, quarterly, and even yearly targets that are achievable with the right push.
Your Sales Plan
I then create with you a plan to fix these problems and then motivate you to take those actions.
The outcome is that you have a scalable sales system based on:
Volume of sales actions
Velocity (speed of closing deals)
If you follow the plan, you will hit your targets.
3 Months to get in good shape.
To get your sales in great shape, companies retain me for an initial period of 3 months.
You will then have the knowledge and tools to grow your sales. How far you want to take your sales after this, depends on you, and I'm here to support you on an ongoing monthly basis.

The best results often come from getting everybody in one room for one day for a fully focused sales training session.
I condense the three-month plan into nine clear take-away steps and go through these with everybody in person. It's a combination of tactics and motivation.
These one-day sessions are then followed up with sales fitness plans where everybody is given action points to follow up on, and can if needed, check back in with me for sales motivation and questions.
