How do I access my digital products after purchasing?

Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your files.
Important: Squarespace secure links expire 24 hours after you first click them.
Pro Tip: Download the file to your desktop or cloud drive as soon as you open it. If your link expires before you save it, just email ned@thesalesmovement.co with your order number and we’ll send a fresh one.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Because these are instant-access digital files, we generally don’t offer refunds. However, if you feel a product wasn't what you expected, please email me. I’m a big believer in doing right by people; if you aren't happy, I want to know why so I can fix it.
I need a formal invoice for my company's expense report. Where can I get one?

You’ll get a standard receipt via email immediately. If your finance department needs a more formal VAT invoice or specific company details added, just reply to your confirmation email and we’ll generate one for you.
Does Ned work with teams or just individuals?

Both. If you’re a sales leader looking to roll out the TSM Program or specific playbooks (like the Podcast or LinkedIn guides) to your entire team, we offer group licensing. I also run live "Sales Kickoffs" to get teams aligned and moving. Reach out via the Contact Page for team pricing.
Can I hire Ned for 1:1 consulting?

Yes, there are two ways we can work together depending on what you need:
For immediate, specific advice: You can book a 1:1 Coaching Call directly through The Sales Store. These are high-impact sessions where we dive straight into your specific sales hurdle, pitch deck, or pipeline. No long-term commitment is required, just one hour of focused work.
For long-term strategy and scaling: If you are a founder or sales leader looking for ongoing Consulting or team training, I take on a number of deep-dive clients. Is Ned available for speaking engagements?
